Faith Foundations" - A basic introduction to Christianity for people with questions, those who are new to the faith, anyone interested in being baptized, and those who would like a review of the basics.

"Seven" - 7 is the true story of how Jen Hatmaker (along with her husband and her children to varying degrees) took seven months, identified seven areas of excess, and made seven simple choices to fight back against the modern-day diseases of greed, materialism, and overindulgence. In the spirit of a fast, they pursued a deeply reduced life in order to find a greatly increased God.

Who of us doesn't need the realities of God to greatly increase in our lives? For us, we'll explore these seven areas together and then prayerfully pick one to work on with a small group of HCCers during Lent.

Maundy Thursday Service -- April 17

This service remembers the Last Supper as Jesus prepares for his crucifixion and commands his followers to love others as he has loved them.

Good Friday Service -- April 18

Called a "Tenebrae" service, we will tell the story of the crucifixion through scripture and song as the sanctuary becomes dark.

Easter -- April 20

The story ends not with crucifixion but with resurrection!  We gather to proclaim the good news that Jesus is alive, and all that this means for us and for the world.
